📂 How to Access a Delegated Account - Gmail
Go to mail.google.com on your computer.
In the top right corner, click your Profile Picture or initials.
In the dropdown menu, look for accounts labeled (delegated).
Click the delegated account. It will open in a new browser tab, allowing you to read and send mail on behalf of that account.
📱Mobile Device Limitations
Note: Gmail delegation is not supported in the native Gmail app on iOS or Android.
Workaround 1: Access Gmail via a mobile web browser (like Chrome or Safari) and select "Desktop Site" in the browser settings.

HR & Departures: Our team can facilitate access to mailboxes for staff members on vacation or during employee exits upon request from HR or department leadership.
Security: Delegates can read, send, and delete messages, but they cannot change your password or account settings.
