Avigilon Cloud Services (ACS) Web Access

Use Avigilon Cloud Services in your web browser to watch live and recorded video from the cameras you are assigned to. No software install is needed.

Step 1: Sign in

1. Go to us.cloud.avigilon.com/signin and bookmark it for next time.

2. Enter your work email address, then select Next.

You will be sent to the SWMiTech sign-in page. If prompted, sign in with your password (the same one you use for your computer).

Step 2: Watch live video

1. Select the camera icon in the upper left.

2. On the next page, select the camera icon in the upper left again to show all of your cameras.

3. Select a camera to open it.

Tip: To open a saved view, select the Search view box and pick a view from the list.

Step 3: Watch recorded video

1. Open a camera, then move your mouse over the video.

2. A timeline appears at the bottom. Scroll to zoom the timeline in or out.

3. Drag the time indicator to the time you want to watch.

4. Select REC X in the top right of the camera view to go back to live video.
