Avigilon Control Center Black Screen Troubleshooting Steps
Click on recorded view in the upper left hand corner
Click on Live view
The camera streams should update
Click on the cogwheel in the upper right hand corner
Click on client Settings
Click Site Networking in the pop up window
Click on your site
Select WAN from the dropdown list
Click OK
Drag your cameras back into your view
