Install the app on your mobile device (phone or tablet) using one of the links below, or by visiting the app store directly.

Use your computer to link your account to the app you just installed.
On your desktop computer, open a web browser and visit: https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo
Sign in with your work account if prompted.
On the Security info page, select Add method.
Choose Authenticator app from the drop-down menu and click Add.
Follow the wizard's instructions. When prompted, use the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone to scan the QR code shown on your computer screen.
Crucial: After the scan is successful, click Next on your computer screen. The system will send a test notification to your phone.
Approve the test notification on your phone to complete the connection.
This ensures you get a quick push notification every time you need to sign in.

Click Change and select: Authenticator – notification.
You are now successfully set up! You will receive simple push notifications on your phone for all future multi-factor authentication requests.
