Look up the student in Bravo Student Lookup to confirm their username and password.
On the sign-in screen, type the full school email address, not just the username.
If another student's name is showing, click Add person and sign in fresh.
Still rejected? Submit a ticket and we will reset the password.
The Chromebook could not reach Google to check the password. This is a Wi-Fi problem, not an account problem.
Check the Wi-Fi icon in the bottom corner of the sign-in screen and make sure it is connected.
Restart the Chromebook and try again.
Try from a different spot in the room.
If several Chromebooks in the same room show this message, submit a ticket with the room number. The wireless access point may need attention.
New students get an account within about an hour after the front office enrolls them with a UIC and checks the AUP box. Students who left and came back may need their account turned back on.
Not in Bravo Student Lookup yet? Ask the front office to check the enrollment.
In Bravo but still disabled? Submit a ticket with the student's name and grade.
IT can disable a Chromebook remotely, for example when it is reported missing. Only IT can turn it back on. Submit a ticket with the asset tag from the Chromebook, and we can usually re-enable it remotely.
