Mic is dead or will not last the day
Set the mic all the way down in its charger. It needs to sit fully in the slot to charge.
Watch the charging light. If it does not change when you seat the mic, reseat it or try another slot.
Charge it overnight before you decide it is broken.
Still dying early? Mic batteries wear out over time. Submit a ticket and a technician will replace the battery or the charger.
Students cannot hear the mic
Check that the mic is turned on and not muted.
Turn up the volume on the mic first, then the wall panel or amplifier.
Do not turn everything all the way up. Too much volume makes the speakers squeal. If it is still too quiet, we can adjust the system for your room.
Beeping, cutting out, or another room comes through
Each mic is paired to the receiver in one room. When a mic loses that pairing, it can beep, cut out, or pick up the room next door. Re-pairing is done by a technician, so submit a ticket.
